Many of you are highly experienced, awarded, and respected professionals in your fields. Others may be at the beginning of their journey, but bring great talent, dedication, and love to what they do. What connects all of us is the importance of professional visibility. Social-media followers can be valuable, and a strong professional position is something to be proud of. But visibility in the culinary world is more than likes, reels, and posts. It is about being known for your work, your story, your achievements, your ideas, and the value you bring to the industry. That is why we are creating the Culinary Excellence Club: an international community for culinary professionals who want ongoing professional visibility and meaningful connection. Through the Club, we aim to support our members by sharing their new dishes, achievements, books, projects, and professional news; by introducing them to our international audience; and, where relevant, by connecting them with restaurants and hospitality contacts in our network. We are also planning an international Culinary Excellence Club Congress for early 2027.
